Quogue-Sinclair is a full service home heating company.  We are not the company you call because you want a quick fuel delivery; we are the company you call when you want things done right, and when you want your equipment to run properly, cleanly and efficiently. From automatic delivery, to around-the-clock emergency service, to annual tune-ups, we offer a variety of convenient services to keep you warm in your home in the Hamptons. You'll save energy, time, and money – and gain real peace of mind.

Service Department

Our expert, licensed service technicians are trained and retrained in the latest installation and repair techniques, and our service vehicles carry thousands of dollars’ worth of replacement parts to ensure our ability to do the job right the first time. Our technicians are not just outstanding at what they do – they are courteous, friendly and neat, and they'll leave your home in the same condition in which they found it (if not better).

24-Hour Emergency Service

No matter what time of day and no matter what the weather, our expert, certified technicians will promptly respond to your emergency call. Plus, whenever you call us, you'll be in touch with a real-life, caring person — never an answering machine. After hours, our on-call technician will call you back right away. Best of all, if you are enrolled in one of our extended or premier oil service plans, there is no extra charge for around-the-clock emergency service.

Annual Tune-Ups

An annual tune-up is a great way to cut energy costs! Not only will it help our heating oil customers save money by reducing the amount of fuel their system uses ... it'll conserve energy and detect heating equipment problems before they become expensive, inconvenient repairs. According to the National Oilheat Research Alliance, an annual tune-up could lower your energy bill by 5%! If you are enrolled in one of our oil service plans, your annual tune-up is included.

Oil Service Contracts

We offer three service plans for you to choose from, so you can select the level of coverage for your oil heating system that best suits your family’s needs: the Standard Plan, the Extended Plan and our comprehensive Premier Plan. All three plans include a tune-up during which our service technician will thoroughly inspect your heating system and adjust it for maximum efficiency.

With any of our plans, our service technicians are available to provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Under our Extended and Premier plans, there is no charge for this service; under the Standard Plan, a normal co-pay will apply after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays.  The other difference between the levels of the plans are the number and type of parts covered, but even the Standard Plan covers the parts that are normally replaced during an annual tune-up.

Quogue-Sinclair also offers optional Water Heater Coverage and optional Pool Heater Coverage, when those systems have separate oil burners. Under these plans, there will be no charge for repair or replacement of parts covered. Water heater or pool heater coverage is only available in conjunction with a plan covering a heating unit.

energy_smart.pngIn order to keep your heating system running as efficiently, cost-effectively and problem-free as possible, we will perform a FREE safety inspection and heating system analysis ... and then make recommendations at no obligation to you. Not all home comfort companies out there perform safety inspections and heating system analyses - it's one more way we go above our customers' expectations to ensure your complete comfort and satisfaction.

Our free safety inspection and heating system analysis is a wise move if you will be remodeling your home, or if you will be buying a new home in Quogue-Sinclair's service area. It's also a good idea for anyone considering a heating system upgrade, especially if you feel that your current equipment is not working up to par.
